AUCLER SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

At Aucler, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns simple. Please review our return guidelines below:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

    Faults or Errors (Free Returns)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/item sent due to our error):

  • Aucler will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Once we receive the item, we’ll process your replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind (Customer-Paid Shipping)

If you choose to return an item for any other reason (e.g., you don’t like it or decide it’s not right for you):

  • You will receive a full refund of the product price.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our team at info@joinaucler.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return qualifies for free shipping, we’ll provide a prepaid Canada Post return label.

  3. If the return shipping is your responsibility, we’ll send you instructions to return the item using your preferred carrier (Canada Post recommended).

Exclusions

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returns after the 10-day window will not be accepted.

Digital Products / Memberships

  • Memberships, classes, and digital content are non-refundable once accessed or the content has been delivered.
