AUCLER SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
At Aucler, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns simple. Please review our return guidelines below:
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Faults or Errors (Free Returns)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/item sent due to our error):
Aucler will cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the item, we’ll process your replacement or full refund.
Change of Mind (Customer-Paid Shipping)
If you choose to return an item for any other reason (e.g., you don’t like it or decide it’s not right for you):
You will receive a full refund of the product price.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Email our team at info@joinaucler.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return qualifies for free shipping, we’ll provide a prepaid Canada Post return label.
If the return shipping is your responsibility, we’ll send you instructions to return the item using your preferred carrier (Canada Post recommended).
Exclusions
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns after the 10-day window will not be accepted.
Digital Products / Memberships
Memberships, classes, and digital content are non-refundable once accessed or the content has been delivered.
