PREPARATION

  1. Toast the nuts: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread walnuts and almonds on a baking sheet and toast 6–8 minutes until golden and fragrant.

  2. Prep the figs: Halve or quarter dried figs so they blend evenly.

  3. Combine: In a bowl, toss the warm toasted nuts with the figs.

  4. Finish: Drizzle with raw honey and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt. Toss gently to coat.

  5. Cool & store: Let cool completely, then store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
